Brighter economic outlook sends Chinese spot rebar tags to 7-month high

Growing optimism about China's economic outlook pushed reinforcing bar prices to a seven-month high in Shanghai on Tuesday.

The most-traded October rebar contract on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) closed at 4,636 yuan ($678) per tonne, up 10 yuan from Monday.....
