Shagang, Baosteel cooperation deal aimed at boosting competitiveness

Baosteel Group Corp., China's largest mill, has agreed to strategically cooperate with the country's largest private mill, Shagang Group, according to the China Iron and Steel Association (Cisa).
The two companies will cooperate in fields like product development and marketing, and also will share their sale service platform and purchasing networks to enhance the general competitiveness of....
