Compass buys Citation die cast operations

Compass Automotive Group Inc. has bought the aluminum die casting and machining operations of Citation Corp., it said Monday.
Compass, owned by private equity firm Monomoy Capital Partners LP, New York, said it will absorb Novi, Mich.-based Citation's facilities in Grand Rapids and Lowell, Mich., into its current die cast operations. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.....
