Chinese hot-roll coil export rebate said eyed

The Chinese central government is rumored to be considering a hot-rolled coil export tax rebate of 8 percent or 13 percent to encourage exports, sources said.
"It's quite likely that Beijing will impose an 8-percent or 13-percent rebate on hot-rolled coil, starting from July. Our exports have almost ground to a halt; we need this rebate just to survive," a Beijing-based trader said.....
