Chinese OCTG makers shrug off Canada probe

Chinese oil country tubular goods (OCTG) producers say they are unconcerned with Canada's decision to launch a dumping probe into imports of Chinese material.
"We may not engage in this case as the market is too small, and there is just no need to spend much energy on it," according to the head of Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co. Ltd.'s legal department.....
