Chinese construction steel hit hard as prices continue to slide

Construction steel prices have taken a harder hit than flat products as steel tags in China continue to drift lower.

Commercial-grade hot-roll coil prices in eastern China fell 2 percent to 3,600 yuan ($527) per tonne, while rebar fell 6 percent to 3,410 yuan ($499).....
