ADS Logistics LLC, a provider of integrated transportation, distribution and logistics services for the metals industry, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
The company and its steel warehousing, trucking and intermodal divisions—including Roll & Hold Warehousing & Distribution Corp.—listed assets in a range of $10 million to $50 million and liabilities of between $50 million....
