Several Chinese and Indian scrap buyers and merchants have been victimized by an apparent Internet scam
Swindlers have been duping scrap buyers by using established companies' details on online marketplaces, such as www.alibaba.com and www.ec21.com, Robert Voss, chairman and managing director of British scrap company Voss International Ltd., said.....
