TV makers offering Mass. towns recycling rebates

Some Massachusetts towns will soon be getting rebates to cover the recycling costs for discarded televisions originally made by Panasonic, Sharp, Toshiba and Mitsubishi.
The arrangement for the Massachusetts communities of Bellingham, Bourne, Framingham, Gardner, New Bedford and the Dorchester District of Boston to receive the subsidy is sponsored by Electronic Manufacturers Recycling Management Co., which operates out....
