Locomotive supplier suing Tube City IMS for $200,000

A company that supplies locomotives and provides maintenance services is suing Tube City IMS LLC, along with International Mill Service Inc. and other affiliates, for alleged breach of contract related to locomotive maintenance.
Birmingham Rail & Locomotive Co. Inc. filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, seeking more than $200,000 in damages, according to court documents.....
