The Indian government has yet to remove its classification of scrap as hazardous, sparking concerns among merchants that imports from Europe will dry up.
The Indian Ministry of Environment in July classified all kinds of scrap as hazardous due to environmental concerns, which meant only consumers could import scrap.....
