Tokyo Steel reverses course, ups scrap buying prices 8%

Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co. Ltd. has raised its scrap buying tags for the first time since mid-September as Chinese buyers start to return to the market.

Prices were increased about 1,500 to 2,500 yen ($17 to $28) per tonne, marking a roughly 8-percent gain.....
