Again we're back with the giggles, and this time it's creative data massage, for which there ought to be a law. In what almost looked like an American Institute for International Steel (AIIS)-inspired piece of research, an analyst is claiming that if you massage the data a certain way, the U.S. was a net steel exporter in August (AMM, Oct. 14).
