Report critical of China to be released

The U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission will release its 2009 report to Congress next week, covering such topics as China's use of subsidies and other trade-distorting measures that it says are in violation of its international commitments.
The release comes one day after President Obama concludes a four-day trip to China for discussions with officials on what the Alliance for American Manufacturing, Washington, called "such thorny issues as trade relations and climate change."....
