Calif. recycler Central Metal facing lawsuit for alleged payment default

A Connecticut financing company has filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against a California recycler for allegedly defaulting on payments for equipment it financed.
Center Capital Corp. filed the complaint in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Bakersfield Central Metal Inc., Central Metal Inc., San Bernardino Central Metal Inc., Jong V.....
