Hedge fund Amaranth withdraws suit against Touradji

Amaranth Advisors LLC has dropped a lawsuit against Touradji Capital Management over the transfer of Amaranth's base metals portfolio to Touradji in 2006.
The claim, which now-defunct hedge fund Amaranth said was for $350 million when it was filed in September, was withdrawn without either party making any payment, the companies said in a joint....
