Missouri agencies pressing for legal action vs. Algiere

Two Missouri agencies are asking the state's attorney general to pursue legal action against a salvage yard to force it to comply with the Clean Water Act.
The Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the state's Clean Water Commission contacted the attorney general after failing to come to terms on a remediation plan with Algiere Salvage LLC.....
