Western Titanium trial delayed; takes case to marketplace

The criminal trial of Western Titanium Inc. won't start before 2010.
A hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 20 in U.S. District Court in San Diego to resolve Western Titanium's claim that certain evidence seized by the government is privileged and should be excluded.
Western Titanium, its chief executive officer, Daniel Schroeder, and three other executives have been charged with fraudulently selling titanium for U.S. military and space programs that didn't conform to specifications. The trial originally had been scheduled for Oct. 5.....
