Scrapyard guard accused of reckless manslaughter

A scrapyard guard who killed a man he said appeared to be a nighttime burglar faces a Dec. 29 trial on a charge of reckless manslaughter.
David Noriega also faces one count of tampering with evidence.
The prosecution alleges that Clay Eldred was shot while outside the American Iron & Metal Co. scrapyard in Pueblo, Colo., then dragged onto the property. The prosecution claims there is no evidence that Eldred was inside the scrapyard before the shooting.....
