America West Resources Inc. has signed a letter of intent to acquire a majority interest in a Chinese coking coal plant.
The Salt Lake City-based mining company plans to take a stake in Luxin, a 600,000-tonne-per-year-capacity coking coal operation of Shanxi Jiexiu Luxin Coal Gasification Co. built in Shanxi province in 2005. The assets also include coal mines....
