Wisconsin recycler fined, banned from operating

A recycler is on the receiving end of a hefty fine and has been banned from operating in Wisconsin after being found guilty of environmental violations at two locations.
Daniel Marini of Mindoro, Wis., owner of Complete Salvage Services and Black River Recycling, has been ordered to pay a penalty of $132,343 and to refrain from operating as a recycler in Wisconsin for 10 years, according to a statement from the state attorney general's office.....
