Union files lawsuit vs. closed Kane Steel

United Auto Workers (UAW) union Local 2327 has filed a lawsuit and a motion for a temporary restraining order against Kane Steel Co., which closed its doors Nov. 25 after 54 years in business.
The union said it became aware of the service center's planned closure of its Millville, N.J., plant in the second week of November, and its counsel wrote to Clifford Kane, company president, to advise him that the closure would violate various articles of....
