Essar Steel Algoma prices notes offering

Essar Steel Algoma Inc. has priced its offering of senior unsecured notes and will issue $400-million aggregate principle amount of senior secured notes due 2015.
The notes will bear interest of 9.375 percent per year and were issued at 98.51376 percent of their value, for net proceeds of about $386.3 million....
