Norway’s Hydro to sell Spanish rolling mill

Norwegian aluminum producer Norsk Hydro ASA will divest its aluminum rolling mill in Irurtzun, Spain, to a German holding company that specializes in the takeover and reorganization of low-profit entities.

The Hydro Aluminium Inasa SA plant, which was acquired by Hydro in 2002 as part of the acquisition of VAW aluminium AG, will be purchased by German industrial holding company....
