Hydro to sell Spanish aluminum rolling mill

Norway's Norsk Hydro ASA plans to sell its aluminum rolling mill in Irurtzun, Spain, to a German industrial holding company that specializes in the takeover and reorganization of low-profit entities.

The Hydro Aluminium Inasa SA plant, acquired by the aluminum producer in 2002 as part of its buy of VAW Aluminium AG, will be bought by Bavaria Industriekapital AG. The....
