RSI exports rise 34.1 percent in Sept.

U.S. exports of aluminum remelt scrap ingot (RSI) reached a post-2002 monthly record of 7,613 short tons in September.
The monthly tally was up 34.1 percent from a month-earlier 5,676 tons and was more than double the year-earlier 2,872 tons.
The top three destinations, accounting for more than 90 percent of the outflow, were Mexico, Canada and South Korea. Behind them were China (including Hong Kong), Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Venezuela and India.....
