Federal Roll suing Severstal Warren for $1.4 million

A mill supplier is suing OAO Severstal for nearly $1.4 million for allegedly failing to accept three separate orders of mill rolls earmarked for its Warren, Ohio, operation.
Federal Roll LLC, Jackson, Mich., filed the complaint in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan against Severstal Warren and Severstal North America Inc.
Before Severstal purchased the Warren steel mill, management of then WCI Steel Inc. ordered various types of replacement rolls to be imported from India, according to court documents. ....
