Nonferrous scrap exports regain lost ground

U.S. exports of nonferrous scrap bounced back in October, regaining the previous month's drop and even setting a new post-slump high by a microscopic margin of 273 short tons.
October's 260,303 tons is up 5.8 percent from the previous month and is 4.1 percent higher than the year-earlier month.....
