Victory Nickel’s Minago project said viable

Victory Nickel Inc.'s Minago sulfide nickel project in Manitoba is technically and commercially viable and could produce about 11,000 tonnes of high-grade nickel in concentrate annually over a seven-year operating life, according to a definitive feasibility study.
The Toronto-based company estimated the capital cost at Canadian $596 million ($561.5 million), including a C$50-million ($47.1-million) contingency allocation. The project has an estimated internal rate of return of 17.66 percent and would be paid for four years after the start of production, the company....
