Metalico purchases assets of two scrapyards in Ohio

Scrapyard group Metalico Inc. said Wednesday it has purchased the assets of Youngstown Iron & Metal Inc. and Atlas Recycling Inc.
Cranford, N.J.-based Metalico said the additional facilities will complement its yards in Akron, Ohio, to the west and Pittsburgh to the east. The terms of the purchase weren't disclosed.....
