Steel, ferrous scrap tag indices fall in Nov.

The producer price index (PPI) for steel mill products fell 1.6 percent to 171.1 in November from 173.8 the previous month and was down 19.9 percent from November 2008, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics....
