Metalformers expect slight uptick in business, PMA says

Business conditions are slowing this month but should remain steady during the next few months, according to a monthly survey of metalforming companies by the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA).
Results from the PMA's Business Conditions Report for December show metalforming companies anticipate a slight uptick in incoming orders during the next three months. Increased orders are expected by 35 percent of respondents—up from 31 percent in November—while 40 percent expect no change vs. 38 percent the previous month, and 25 percent predict a decrease in orders compared with 31 percent in November.....
