Boeing aluminum scrap auction values increase 18%

Winning bids for aluminum scrap to be generated by Boeing Co. in Washington state in the first quarter rose by about 18 percent, based on median increase.
The four lots of briquetted borings, also known as pucks, were priced between 60.79 and 64.44 cents per pound, up between 14 and 19 percent from September's winning bids for fourth-quarter material.....
