CME lowers fees for non-US metal traders

CME Group Inc. will let some international non-members trade metal futures at a discounted fee in an effort to draw more foreign clients into the exchange's membership ranks.
Beginning Jan. 1, CME Group will expand its international incentive program (IIP)—a reduced-fee program that allows foreign clients to trade at near member rates—to include metal products. Metal futures products were omitted from the list of qualified products when the IIP was implemented in February 2009.....
