Global zinc, lead in surplus through Oct.

The global zinc surplus widened in the first 10 months of this year and the lead market swung to a surplus in the same period, according to the International Lead and Zinc Study Group (ILZSG).
The zinc market surplus rose to 403,000 tonnes from 66,000 tonnes in the first 10 months of last year as inventory levels increased by 332,000 tonnes, including some 159,000 tonnes delivered to China's State Reserve Bureau.....
