Cobalt prices rise on nearby tightness in Baltimore

Cobalt prices rose Wednesday as buyers paid slightly higher numbers to obtain metal, and market participants said there was some nearby tightness in the United States.

Low-grade cobalt rose to $18.50 to $19.50 per pound from $18.25 to $19.15 previously, while high-grade edged up to $19.85 to $20.50 per pound from....
