Monitor scrap flap nets shipper $21,650 fine

A U.S. export shipment of scrapped computer monitors, rejected by Chinese government inspectors in Hong Kong, has led to a $21,650 fine and a settlement between the shippers and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).....
