Zinc & Iron Recycling of Ohio Inc. (Ziro) has agreed to purchase processing equipment from Severstal North America Inc.
Ziro, a subsidiary of Bagshot, England-based ZincOx Resources Plc, will pay $4 million for equipment at Severstal's waste oxide....
