ATI boosts exec salaries, adds incentive program

Allegheny Technologies Inc. (ATI) is raising its base salary for executives and has initiated an incentive program.
Compensation for all named executive officers at the Pittsburgh-based producer will increase by 3 percent beginning Jan. 1.
The decision to raise pay is in stark contrast to a freeze the company put on executive salaries in 2009 in an effort to reduce costs as the recession took its toll on demand....
