U.S. aluminum scrap exports bounced back in October to near its August peak, with China's share of shipments holding steady.
October exports of 161,005 short tons surpassed the previous month by 11.4 percent and the same month last year by 15.9 percent, according to the latest figures from the U.S. Commerce Department, but remained below the 200,000-ton level attained in five straight months during last year's boom period.....
