Tonawanda Coke facility raided by federal agents

Federal agents conducted a raid at Tonawanda Coke Corp. late last week but the details surrounding the case are not being released.
A search warrant permitted agents to take samples and seize records from the Tonawanda, N.Y.-based company, according to a spokeswoman with the U.S. Attorney's office for the Western District of New York. The U.S. Attorney's office did not participate in the raid but it is the entity that would serve as the prosecutor. The spokeswoman declined....
