Niagara Metals LLC plans to open a feeder yard in New York state to serve its primary scrap operation.
The Town of Royalton's zoning board of appeals is in the process of reviewing an application for the Niagara Falls, N.Y., recycler to obtain a special-use permit that would allow it to set up an operation....
