Fifth shareholder lawsuit filed against NW Pipe

A San Diego law firm is now the fifth litigator to file a class-action lawsuit on behalf of shareholders in Northwest Pipe Co., alleging violations of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) laws.
Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP filed the suit in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington on behalf of those who purchased the Vancouver, Wash.-based company's common stock between April 23, 2008, and Nov. 11, 2009.....
