Commerce trims Russian magnesium duty

The U.S. Commerce Department has trimmed an anti-dumping duty rate on magnesium metal from a Russian company.

Commerce said Wednesday it cut the rate for VSMPO-Avisma Corp. to 15.77 percent from 17.68 percent in the original notice of the administrative review, a technical adjustment based on refined data. Meanwhile, the rate....
