O'Neal Steel Inc., a Birmingham, Ala.-based international service center chain, has appointed Rich Vanatsky as general manager of Asian operations for the company's High-Performance Metals Group (HPMG). Vanatsky will manage the existing business and add new customers for high-performance metals in China, the company said. HPMG combines four O'Neal subsidiaries Aerodyne Alloys, Supply Dynamics, TW Metals and United Performance Metals. The group supplies....
