GWI completes $234M buy of 10 railway lines from OCR

Genesee & Wyoming Inc. (GWI), Greenwich, Conn., has completed its acquisition of 10 short-line railroads known as the Ohio Central Railroad System (OCR) for $234 million, subject to adjustment for final working capital.
The cash purchase price included $7.5 million of contingent consideration that GWI has placed into escrow. That money will be paid to Ohio Central upon satisfaction of certain conditions.....
