Tonghua’s new 400,000T mill set for trial run in Dec.

Tonghua Iron & Steel (Group) Co. Ltd. plans to start trial production at its 400,000-tonne-a-year non-grain-oriented electrical steel mill this December.
Construction began on the 38.9-million-yuan ($5.85-million) project in August 2007 and commissioning is set for Dec. 28, according to China Metallurgical Construction....
