Boeing, IAM due to resume labor discussions on Oct. 23

Boeing Co. and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) union will resume negotiations Oct. 23 in an effort to end IAM's 45-day strike.
Both Chicago-based Boeing and the IAM confirmed they will return to the bargaining table at the behest of a federal mediator.....
