Sims unit leases Conn. warehouse

Sims-Metal Management Inc.'s aerospace unit has leased a 279,000-square-foot industrial warehouse in Hartford, Conn.
The high-temperature scrap processor signed a long-term lease with Winstanley Enterprises LLC, which owns the site.....
