China Armco site to focus on Chinese scrap

China Armco Metals Inc. will focus its recycling facility in Jiansu province, China, mostly on processing domestic scrap but also will import auto hulks to feed its shredder.
The Hong Kong trading company, which earlier this year established San Mateo, Calif., as its financial base, said Monday that it expects to spend $40 million on the Jiansu....
